Mayer Brown Advises Carlyle Global Credit on Summit Group Financing

Mayer Brown advised Carlyle Global Credit on a financing package for Summit Group, a provider of trust, fund, corporate and advisory services. The financing will support Summit Group's continued investment in and expansion of its platform.

Sovereign Capital Partners’ portfolio company, Summit Group, serves private wealth and institutional clients in European and Middle Eastern markets through its fiduciary, fund administration, corporate and advisory offering.

The transaction further demonstrates Mayer Brown's experience advising private credit providers on cross-border financings in the financial and professional services sector.
