London – Mayer Brown has advised CBPE Capital, Isfield and other shareholders on the release of its investment in The Key Group, a market-leading education software provider, to Permira.

Through their partnership with CBPE, The Key Group has expanded into a number of new solutions areas for schools, broadening their product suite and transforming the way schools work.

CBPE partnered with the management team in a primary buyout in December 2020, helping to fund the strategic investment into Arbor.
