As part of the REF2026 (Rencontre des Entrepreneurs de France), hosted by MEDEF, Émilie Vasseur, partner in the Litigation practice, moderated a panel discussion entitled "The Courage to Undertake in the Face of Emerging Litigation Challenges."

The event brought together distinguished leaders from the corporate sector, public authorities, and civil society: Isabelle Jégouzo, Director of the French Anti-Corruption Agency (Agence Française Anticorruption); Juliette Rouilloux-Sicre, VP Legal Affairs at THALES Group; Gilles Vermot-Desroches, Chief Sustainability Officer and VP Citizenship & Institutional Affairs at Schneider Electric; and Quentin Mautray, Legal Counsel at the NGO ClientEarth.

The discussion addressed litigation risks arising from, among other areas, information and communication technologies, environmental matters, ethics, and human rights, as well as regulatory exposure relating to integrity and anti-corruption compliance. Panelists explored how leading companies are moving beyond a defensive approach to risk management, instead leveraging these challenges as drivers of governance, growth, and purpose.
