Eighth AIRROC and Mayer Brown Runoff Deal Forum

The Association of Insurance & Reinsurance Run-Off Companies (AIRROC) and Mayer Brown are pleased to continue the tradition of our annual Deal Forum for its eighth year. Panelists will share their own experiences and insights, lessons learned, highlights and tips for success.

The Forum will open with a State of the Legacy Market deal-maker’s roundtable discussion regarding legacy transactions and buy- and sell-side priorities, execution risk, and deal outlook for the next 12 months. This will be followed by a second panel, entitled “The Trump Administration: Implications for Insurance and Reinsurance,” where panelists will discuss key policy and enforcement developments from Washington most likely to affect the insurance and reinsurance industry. We will close the program with a hands-on training session for practitioners conducting diligence for runoff transactions.
