3rd edition of the Competition Workshops of the French Polynesian Competition Authority – Understanding, Debating, and Practicing Antitrust Law in French Polynesia

From December 8 to 10, Nathalie Jalabert-Doury was a speaker at the third annual Competition Workshops, organized by the Polynesian Competition Authority.

She discussed the following topics alongside Viven Terrien, Henri Piffaut, Angélique Herbez-Fontaine, and Jérôme Philippe: cartels and abuse of dominant position, public-private competition and trade secrets, and compliance and competition investigations.
