At this course – hosted by the Brazilian Institute of Energy Law, and coordinated by Luiz Bezerra – Luis will also deliver a lecture focused on litigation against corporations, with an opening lecture from Joana Setzer, a prominent global expert in the climate litigation space. Joana is professor and head of the LSE Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change & the Environment.
