After an overview of the developments of the year with Irène Luc, Vice-President of the French Competition Authority, Nathalie Jalabert-Doury moderated a panel dedicated to remote inspections with Hubert Beuve-Mery, confirmed expert in Competition, Cartels at the DG Competition of the European Commission, Marie-Pascale Heusse, Head of Legal & Compliance in Competition Law at BNP Paribas, Aymeric de Moncuit, référendaire at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
A second panel discussion on the protection of personal data in the context of inspections brought together Anthony Dawes, member of the European Commission's Legal Service, Christian Horstkotte, Partner at Mayer Brown Düsseldorf, Clara Ingen-Housz, Head of Ethics and Compliance, Legal Advisor to the Antitrust, Anticorruption and Economic Sanctions Group at Saint Gobain and was moderated by Laurence Idot, Professor Emeritus at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
