6th EFILA Annual Conference : The renewed role of States in arbitration

On 14 and 15 January 2021, Mayer Brown Paris sponsored the virtual EFILA Annual Conference during which a stellar lineup of speakers examined the tools States are using to increase their role in investor-State arbitration disputes.
