"Recent Developments in Real Estate Finance" – Los Angeles County Bar Association

Now in its 22nd year, the finance subsection is pleased to announce that this iconic annual presentation is moving to webinar/zoom format for this year's event.

The program will include a lively discussion of the most important developments in real estate finance law during 2019.  The program will provide attendees with insights from recent relevant cases and regulations, including a primer on finance concepts that have been retested in the courts or updated by legislation, including the implications of COVID-19 and regulatory responses to the same. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the latest real estate finance developments. Panelists to include: Amanda Wolin of Cox, Castle & Nicholson; Alexander Davis of Mayer Brown; and Owen Gross, of Sklar Kirsh.  As in prior years, Ira Waldman of Cox, Castle & Nicholson and Scott Cooper of Mayer Brown (who presented at the inaugural and each subsequent event) will provide anecdotes and war stories.
