Bixuan Wang focuses on corporate and securities matters, including global debt offerings. She advises issuers and investment banks on the issuance of various types of bonds, including high-yield bonds and investment-grade bonds with different credit enhancement structures and bond liability management transactions. The issuers she has represented include state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in various industries.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, she worked in the capital markets practice group of another leading international firm.
