- Represented lenders in a tax credit transfer bridge facility, to be repaid from proceeds of investment tax credit sales generated by two Puerto Rico solar and battery storage projects totaling 200 MWac of photovoltaic generation and a co-located 200 MWac/800 MWh battery energy storage system, with an additional 85 MWac/340 MWh expansion.
- Represented Morgan Stanley as lead underwriter with respect to ~US$300 million in tax-exempt bonds for the development of projects at a multipurpose port and rail terminal in New Jersey.
- Represented the coordinating lead arrangers, lenders, issuing banks and agents in a ~US$1.1 billion green loan facility to finance the construction of three utility-scale solar energy projects in Tennessee, Ohio and Indiana, respectively.
- Represented Morgan Stanley as lead underwriter with respect to US$2.5 billion of unrated private activity bonds in relation to the Brightline West high-speed rail project.
