Megan E. Richard is an associate in Mayer Brown's Chicago office and a member of the Corporate & Securities practice.
Megan focuses her practice on complex corporate and M&A transactions, with a particular emphasis on private equity and infrastructure matters. Megan advises clients, including an array of private equity funds and their portfolio companies, on acquisitions, divestments, add-ons, joint ventures, restructuring and other strategic transactions across a broad range of industries.
Megan received her JD from Northwestern University School of Law and her BA, magna cum laude from Santa Clara University. In 2019, Megan completed a six-month secondment at The Dow Chemical Company where she advised on strategic transactions, information technology and commercial contracts.
