• Represented a client through a HIPAA incident that required notice to approximately 2.4 million individuals, and multiple regulatory responses, and ending with successful mediation.
• Developed privacy-by-design and cybersecurity program for an international REIT, incorporating state-by-state analysis of the current privacy landscape.
• Represented a client facing harassment and stalking and successfully secured a two-year protective order at trial.
