経験
Andrew advises the agency lenders and the commercial banks in relation to the project financing of the TotalEnergie’s Yemen LNG project.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Andrew advised:
- the lenders in relation to the US$10 billion project financing for the PRefChem Project (RAPID / Marigold) in Malaysia (PFI’s “Petrochemicals Deal of the Year” 2019).
- the US$2 billion project financing (including the first UK Restructuring Plan for a Project Financing) in relation to the Ambatovy nickel and cobalt project in Madagascar (previously, IJGlobal’s “Africa Refinancing Deal of the Year” 2021).
- the sponsors in relation to the development of the Papua LNG Project.
- the lenders in relation to the potential project financing for the US$5 billion Reko Diq copper and gold project in Pakistan.
