Serena Mussoni

Italian and English qualified, Serena Mussoni is a senior associate and her main practice areas include structured finance, debt capital market and general lending. She advises leading UK, Italian and international financial institutions, as well as issuers, on a wide range of ordinary and cross-border finance transactions.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2022, Serena worked from the Milan office of one of the leading US law firms.
