Aubrey McEachern is counsel in Mayer Brown's Charlotte office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. Aubrey advises a number of financial institutions in the structuring and negotiating of financings, in particular hedge fund financings, issuances of asset-backed securities and collateralized loan obligations, as well as the establishing of associated warehousing facilities.
