Larissa Lee advises the world’s leading companies on cutting-edge issues related to emerging laws and regulations affecting tech companies. These range from issues related to minor safety—such as age verification, parental consent, and parental tools—to privacy, content moderation, advertising, e-commerce, and artificial intelligence. She offers a full lifecycle service starting with tracking emerging bills that could impose new compliance obligations, legal analysis of passed laws, risk analysis on compliance, litigation strategies and representation, and appeal.

Previously, Larissa served as a law clerk to Judge Carolyn B. McHugh of the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and to Justice Christine M. Durham of the Utah Supreme Court.
