Bradley Kaplan focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He represents private equity sponsors, strategic buyers and sellers, and corporate clients in connection with a variety of acquisitions, dispositions and minority investments. His practice includes advising clients throughout all stages of the transaction process, as well as counseling on corporate governance matters and commercial agreements across a broad range of industries.
