Matthew K. Johnson

Matthew (Matt) Johnson is a Real Estate associate in Mayer Brown's Houston office.  His practice focuses on diverse clients and real estate issues across the country, ranging from asset acquisition and disposition, to project financing and commercial leasing.  Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Matt practiced commercial litigation at another major Houston law firm.  He is a triple graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with a BA in Plan II liberal arts honors, a BBA in Finance, and a JD.  He is admitted to practice law in Texas, as well as in the United States Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
