Rob Hamburg is a partner in the New York office of Mayer Brown’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, cross-border and international litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement. Rob also advises clients in the context of government and internal investigations.
Rob has litigated at the trial court and appellate levels in both federal and state courts, as well as in the FINRA forum. He has represented foreign and domestic clients in complex international disputes, including over a dozen cases brought pursuant to the US Anti-Terrorism Act and actions involving claims of multi-national fraud. Rob regularly advises clients on issues of personal jurisdiction, choice of law, choice of forum and cross-border discovery.
