John focuses on helping clients pioneer novel transactions and bespoke capital solutions across North America, Europe, and Asia.
John maintains an active pro bono practice, including advising not-for-profit entities in a variety of corporate matters.

- Fortitude International Reinsurance Company Ltd. in a US$4 billion reinsurance transaction with Taiyo Life.
