Ryan J. Frazee

Ryan represents clients before government entities, including the US Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA), Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA), US Government Accountability Office (GAO), and federal court. In addition, Ryan helps clients avoid costly, contentious disputes—he leverages his experience in matters ranging from termination settlement proposals to price evaluation methodology to achieve successful prelitigation outcomes.
