エネルギープロジェクトおよびプロジェクトファイナンスを専門にクライアントの代理をしています。LNGバリューチェーン全般にわたり豊富な経験を有しており、様々な液化方式（従来型、エクイティ・リフティング、トールリング）、LNG輸送契約、LNG売買契約（SPA）、LNG再ガス化ターミナル、LNG発電プロジェクトなどについて助言を行ってきました。クリーン水素、石油化学、天然ガスプロジェクトに加え、HVDC（高電圧直流送電）やその他のエネルギー関連インフラも含む幅広いセクター経験を有しています。当事務所のロンドンおよび東京のオフィスを拠点とし、欧州、南北アメリカ、オセアニアのクライアントに対し、定期的に助言を行っています。

• sponsors with respect to the development of an integrated LNG liquefaction project in Papua New Guinea*
• the project company on the negotiation of gas supply arrangements, LNG SPAs and shipping arrangements for an integrated LNG liquefaction project in Indonesia*
• an offtaker with respect to tolling arrangements for an LNG liquefaction project on the Gulf Coast, USA*
• a participant in a mid-stream equity lifting LNG project in Canada*
• lenders with respect to the project financing of a floating LNG project in Malaysia*
