Alexandra Evans is counsel in Mayer Brown's Los Angeles office and is a member of the Real Estate group. Alexandra represents institutional lenders, real estate funds, life insurance companies, opportunity funds, and other investors in a wide variety of real estate transactions including mortgage and mezzanine financing, sale-leasebacks, leasing and purchase and sale transactions involving office, hospitality, retail, multifamily, manufactured housing and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining Mayer Brown Alexandra worked at another major international law firm.
