Florian de Vienne

Florian De Vienne advises private equity sponsors and multinational groups on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions (e.g., acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged financings, mergers and reorganizations). He assists clients at every stage of the transaction life cycle, from tax due diligence and structuring through post-closing integration.

Florian also assists companies with the day-to-day management of their tax matters, and advises individuals, executives and entrepreneurs on personal tax issues. He represents clients in tax audits and litigation.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Florian practiced transaction tax at other leading international law firms.

In addition to his native French, Florian is fluent in English.
