Samantha Chavane de Dalmassy helps clients on a broad range of corporate matters related to mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buy-out transactions in several industrial and financial sectors.

She advises French and foreign industrial groups, as well as private equity funds, on their sales and acquisitions and on general issues related to business law.

Previously, she worked in leading Anglo-Saxon and French law firms in Paris.
