- Represented a syndicate of 10 investment banks as underwriters, arrangers and lenders on a USD 2.5 billion high yield bond offering and concurrent six-tiered priority acceptance fixed price and fixed spread tender offer/liability management exercise for Teva Pharmaceuticals. David has been designated banks counsel to Teva since 2009, representing its lenders, lead arrangers, initial purchasers, underwriters and dealer managers across Teva’s debt capital structure, including the committed bridge and bank financing backing Teva’s USD 40.5 billion acquisition of Allergan Generics. In aggregate since 2009, David has advised Teva’s banks on approximately USD 70 billion of committed acquisition and corporate debt and high yield bond and sustainability linked financings and related complex liability management exercises.*

- Represented Fattal Hotel Group and its lenders on over €1 billion in acquisition financing across multiple Fattal Hotel Group portfolios.*
