Erinn C. Barrack

Erinn Barrack is a Banking & Finance counsel in Mayer Brown's Washington DC office. Erinn represents borrowers, lenders, investors, private equity funds, insurance companies, banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of structured finance transactions, including warehouse financing, repurchase facilities, lending arrangements and portfolio purchases and sales. Erinn has significant experience advising clients on the financing of real property, residential mortgage loans, single-family rentals, non-performing loans, business-purpose loans, i-buyer properties, HELOCs and other second-lien products. She has also represented both issuers and underwriters in asset-backed securities offerings.

Erinn earned her JD from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and her BA from the University of Notre Dame.
