Stephanie Amador

Stephanie Amador is an associate in Mayer Brown's Washington DC office and a member of the Corporate & Securities practice. She advises fund sponsors and investment advisers on the formation, structuring, offering, management and operations of private investment funds and other alternative investment products.

Stephanie represents clients in connection with fund formation, offering and governing documents, investor negotiations, investment management, and regulatory compliance.

Stephanie was named to the 2023 Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll, which recognizes attorneys who contributed at least 50 hours of pro bono service in the calendar year. She received the additional distinction of High Honor Roll through her contribution of over 100 hours of pro bono service.
