Mayer Brown advises Bassac on employment law aspects of its entry into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of Feu Vert group

Paris – Mayer Brown advises Bassac, a family-owned company founded in 1972, on the employment law aspects of its contemplated acquisition of control of Financière Ramsès I SAS, the parent holding company of the Feu Vert group of car maintenance centers group.

The acquisition would be made from, among others, the investment company Alpha Private Equity, and is expected to be finalized in the first quarter of 2026, subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals. This planned acquisition is subject  to required information and consultation process with the works’ council and employees of the Feu Vert group.
