Mayer Brown advises Travel Counsellors on the acquisition of The Travel Agent Next Door
London – Mayer Brown has advised Travel Counsellors, a Vitruvian portfolio company, on the acquisition of The Travel Agent Next Door, the leading host travel agency in Canada with over 1,700 travel professionals, from its founders.
The acquisition will enable both businesses to benefit from: superior scale with over 3,900 professional travel business owners in the enlarged Group; a more diversified international footprint across the UK and Canada, and the opportunity for deeper knowledge sharing cross-company.
