Mayer Brown continues private capital push with appointment of Mark Evans
Mark has extensive experience advising on high-value, complex transactions for leading global asset managers, private equity funds and debt providers, as well as on capital reorganizations and cross-border deals spanning the UK, US and Europe.

Mark's hire follows the arrival of Private Equity partner Tessa Agar in London and continues to strengthen Mayer Brown's Private Capital offering, which has welcomed Leveraged Finance partners David Miles and Philip Butler and Structured Finance partners Chris McGarry and Adam Farrell in London, as well as Private Equity partners Dr. Octávio de Sousa and Nikolai Sokolov in Frankfurt thus far in 2025. Mark joins from Dechert.
