Mayer Brown advises Blueleaf Energy on financing facility for investment in renewable energy assets across India

Singapore – Mayer Brown has advised Blueleaf Energy, pan-Asian renewable energy platform and independent power producer (IPP) owned by a Macquarie Asset Management managed fund, as borrower on a US$75 million secured financing facility from British International Investment for the purposes of funding expansion and investment in nearly 2GW of renewable energy assets across India.
