Mayer Brown advises Royal London on BPA transaction with the Trustee of the Stora Enso UK Group Pension Scheme

London – Mayer Brown has advised The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited on the successful completion of a £61 million bulk purchase annuity transaction with the Trustee of the Stora Enso UK Group Pension Scheme. Royal London is the UK’s largest mutual life, pensions and investment provider and the transaction is now the second bulk purchase annuity transaction on which Mayer Brown has supported the Royal London team this year.  The transaction was completed efficiently and in line with a focussed timetable.
