LOS ANGELES – Mayer Brown announced today that John Nadolenco, managing partner of the firm’s Los Angeles office, has been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s (LABJ) “Leaders of Influence: Litigation & Trial Attorneys” list for the third consecutive year. This honor recognizes John’s exceptional track record and continued leadership in high-stakes litigation.

LABJ spotlighted John’s recent successes, including his representation of the auto industry in a landmark constitutional challenge to a Massachusetts ballot initiative mandating vehicle data sharing, as well as his instrumental role in negotiating a $150 million class action settlement in the Chevrolet Bolt EV Battery Litigation following key dismissals.

As global co-leader of Mayer Brown’s Technology Industry Group, John is widely regarded for his ability to try large, high profile cases and navigate complex disputes. He represents companies in litigation and trials involving deceptive consumer practices, false advertising, product defects, and unauthorized business practices. John also regularly advises on matters involving Fair Credit Reporting Act violations, digital privacy breaches, online tracking, and the misuse of mobile apps on smartphones and tablets.
