Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises CashMe on public offering of CRIs worth approximately R$ 101.4 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown, advised CashMe, Cyrela Group's credit fintech, on the distribution of 106,779 real estate receivables certificates (CRI), 101,440 of which were allocated to the first series (CRI Seniores) and the second series (CRI Mezanino), distributed publicly (Public Offering), and 5,339 allocated to the third series (CRI Juniores), placed privately (Private Placement), all nominative and book-entry, with a nominal unit value of R$ 1,000.00 on the issuance date, totaling approximately R$ 106.7 million, from the 40th issue of Companhia Província de Securitização, under the terms of CVM Resolution 160 (CRI). The Cyrela Group, which owns 100% of the company's shares, granted a guarantee and insured the obligations assumed by CashMe, under the terms of the credit assignment agreement.
