Mayer Brown represented VEMO Group companies, a Mexican cleantech group, leading the transition to clean mobility in Mexico and Latin America in a $60 million strategic capital partnership with Orion Infrastructure Capital (OIC). 

The New York and Mexico Banking & Finance teams included partners Juan Pablo Moreno and Raúl Fernandez Briseño and associates Santiago Reyes Abogado and Eduardo Rojas Brandao.
