Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises UBS BB on EDP Goiás' R$ 550 million debenture issuance

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised UBS BB on structuring and coordinating financing through the issuance of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, in two series, from EDP Transmissão Goiás S.A.

With a total value of R$ 550 million, the operation aims to raise funds for investments in Capex, refinancing and lengthening the average term of its liabilities, cash reinforcement and general corporate uses.
