Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel in the structuring of the 6th issuance of debentures by Simpar, a Brazilian holding company that operates in the logistics, mobility, sanitation, concessions and financial services sectors. The R$ 850 million offering was subject to public distribution, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476, and was carried out in a single series of 850 thousand debentures with a unit value of R$1 thousand. The funds raised will be used, among other purposes, to reinforce the company's working capital.
