Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Refrigeração Dufrio's CRI public offering worth R$ 100 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Refrigeração Dufrio, a company that offers solutions in refrigeration and air conditioning, in the public offering of CRI (Real Estate Receivables Certificates) in the amount of R$ 100 million (US$ 19 million). The operation marked Dufrio's entry into the capital markets, being the company's first CRI issuance, and was part of Opea Securitizadora's 52nd issuance, also coordinated by BTG Pactual bank.

The team was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira and included the participation of associate Flavia Biagiotti, both from the Capital Markets & Securitization department.
