Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises on the 2nd issue of debentures by Vert-Provi II

Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C), in association with Mayer Brown, advised Provi Soluções e Serviços, a fintech and payment solution company for education sector, in the second issue of debentures of Companhia Securitizadora de Créditos Financeiros Vert-Provi II, in the amount of R$ 32.4 million. In this operation, all funding resources will be used to purchase student financing credits.
