Mayer Brown announced today that partner Andrew Demko was selected to Benchmark Litigation‘s 2022 “40 & Under” list. The accolade honors the “best and brightest litigators across the US and Canada,” according to the publication. The list was compiled through peer and client reviews, along with the examination of individual cases.
Mr. Demko is a partner in the firm’s global Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. From his office in Los Angeles, he helps companies in high-stakes disputes involving their customers, including litigating hundreds of class and individuals actions against financial service providers, banks and companies selling packaged foods and consumer products. His work extends beyond class action litigation at the trial level to appeals, regulatory matters and government enforcement actions. Mr. Demko has represented companies in a variety of industries, including financial services, media, entertainment, technology and securities.
