Mayer Brown advises The Jordan Company on the acquisition of four Trimble businesses

A multidisciplinary, multi-jurisdictional Mayer Brown team represented Precisional LLC, a new company formed by private equity sponsor The Jordan Company, in the acquisition of four global business segments of Trimble Inc.: Protempis, a timing and synchronization solutions company; Loadrite, a weighing solutions company; Spectra Precision, a manufacturer of precision laser instruments; and SECO, a surveying equipment and instruments provider. The transaction closed on May 6, 2022. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The Mayer Brown team was led by Corporate & Securities partners Philip Brandes and Marina Aronchik and counsel George Rudy.
