Mayer Brown announced that Britt Miller, co-leader of Mayer Brown’s global Antitrust & Competition practice and the managing partner of the firm’s Chicago office, has been named to Global Competition Review’s “Women in Antitrust” 2021 report, which showcases women private practitioners, enforcers, in-house counsel, economists, and academics who “deserve recognition for their standout careers.”

Ms. Miller focuses her practice in antitrust litigation and complex commercial litigation disputes. For more than two decades, she has litigated some of the largest antitrust cases in the US involving a host of different products and industries including enterprise software, animal proteins, financial services, intercollegiate athletics, health insurance, industrial chemicals, paper products, consumer health products, automotive parts, performance resins, household moving services, fertilizers, synthetic rubber, artificial sweeteners and vitamins.

Ms. Miller is also dedicated to pro bono work. Notably, she secured innovative rulings that reunited two Brazilian migrant mothers with their children after being separated due to a 2018 border policy. Beyond legal work, Ms. Miller focuses on developing and promoting women in antitrust through her mentorship of junior partners, counsel and associates at Mayer Brown.
