Mayer Brown advises Francisco Partners on financing for the acquisitions of Native Instruments and iZotope

London — Mayer Brown has advised long-standing client Francisco Partners on the financing for its acquisition of Native Instruments and iZotope. Native Instruments is a German-based leading manufacturer of software and hardware for computer-based audio production with overseas locations in the US, the UK, Japan, France and China. iZotope, headquartered in the US, is a designer of software, hardware, plug-ins and mobile apps for the music industry.

Francisco Partners is a leading global investment firm with a focus on technology and technology-enabled businesses. Since its formation nearly 20 years ago, Francisco Partners has invested in more than 250 technology companies. In June 2020, it raised around $10 billion in capital commitments for future investments.
