Privacy requirements in Hong Kong’s workplace

Intellectual Property partner Gabriela Kennedy provided her insights on Hong Kong’s data privacy environment as well as privacy requirements in the city’s workplace for Bloomberg BNA’s new privacy and data security online portal.
