Capital Optimization Conference

On June 12, 2025, Mayer Brown will sponsor a conference on regional bank capital optimization with AltGate Capital. Sagi Tamir, a Structured Finance partner in our New York office, will present on the development of aggregator structures to facilitate smaller bank issuance of synthetic securitizations. Matt Bisanz, a Bank Regulatory partner in our Washington, DC office, will present on the regulatory capital requirements for banks to recognize capital relief from a risk transfer transaction.
