Hedge Fund Association Breakfast Symposium: Regulatory Convergence - Comparing the EU and the US

For alternative investment firms and their investors, rule changes in the US and Europe, which are converging, have a direct impact on their ability to do business. On October 6, Mayer Brown hosted the Hedge Fund Association Breakfast Symposium’s “Regulatory Convergence - Comparing the EU and the US” program in our New York office.

The speakers included experts from RBC Investor & Treasury Services, Arendt & Medernach and Mayer Brown partners Adam Kanter and Aubry Smith who highlighted areas of interest on the converging rule changes in their respective panels “AIFMD II & US Private Fund Advisers Rule” and “ESG & SFDR.”
