Practising Law Institute will host a virtual program Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company 2021 on May 12-13, 2021. The program will cover areas such as the steps associated with acquiring and selling a privately held company, special issues that apply and about the techniques and strategies that are essential to successful negotiations.
