Benjamin Schulz is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice of Mayer Brown's Frankfurt office. He advises national and international clients on all aspects of real estate law, in particular on real estate transactions and ongoing asset management. The focus of his work is commercial lease law. In addition, Benjamin Schulz advises on issues of private and public construction law, environmental and administrative law as well as brokerage law including litigation. He gained valuable in-house experience in the field of corporate real estate during a secondment to a leading tire manufacturer.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Benjamin Schulz worked for an insolvency services and real estate management company.
